BROT ART- Pão Artesanal

Bettina was born in Germany and came to South America 32 years ago.She lived in Argentina for 2 years and arrived in Brazil in 1989. She is an architect and worked with several decoration projects until a few years ago when she discovered her passion for the kitchen and even more love for the "oven"
She has been an artisanal baker for 4 years, has taken several courses in Brazil, Germany and Austria, improving her knowledge and techniques in the production of artisan bread.
Today she sells bread via social media to customers, lovers of homemade bread with natural fermentation and with recipes from Germany.
BROT ART is a family owned and operated business.
